What my cabinet maker has completed here for the assembly is he has flipped both of the sides of the custom cabinets lying down. I inserted glue in the dados of the rabbits. I take the deck of the custom cabinets of the water and sit it in one side. I use rubber hammers to knock it in place correctly. This tool helps you get the bored lined up for flush custom cabinets. What my cabinet maker wants to do next is he wants to take the stretchers with one on top and you want the pocket holes to go in on the front side. Then my cabinet maker takes his staple gun and prepares to use it. When I shoot a couple of staples through the top and then go to the sides where then the cabinet maker adds more staples and finally through the top of the stretcher just to act as clamps. This is an at home technique that I came up with myself to help me hold pieces in place with I drill pocket holes and screws in later. The reason why the staples don’t look bad is because later the cabinet maker will paint over them because of the shade of the custom cabinets we don’t get this type of wood pre-colored in. A cabinet maker wouldn’t be able to do this on regular pre-stained wood on their custom cabinets that’s why I am pretty sure that my cabinet makers are the only ones who use this method on their custom cabinets because we offer color options that wood doesn’t come in.
