I have the old custom cabinets out and I have the wallpaper down. What I am going to do in preparation for the custom cabinets to be installed is I am going to go ahead and prime the walls and with the old custom cabinets already out of my way it’s going to make it pretty easy on this wall. So we are going to go ahead and cut the top end of where the custom cabinets are going to go. Right where I would start with a cutting brush. When I was taught but I am not a painter but what I was taught was a cutting brush for these specific brushes has a little mild angle on them and that helps you get a precise straight line across that each corner. The way I was taught is grab the brush close to the bristles stick it on the wall where the custom cabinets will be going later on. Next I kind of push the brush towards the wall down where the custom cabinets will pass a little bit at a time. You want to let the bristles kind of fan out and just pull it in a straight line. Once we get it all cit in we’re going to start with a roller over the main service area where the custom cabinets will be covering. You want to make sure accomplish this task while the area of the custom cabinets is still wet and fresh so the custom cabinets will be sealed later on.
